How to Register as a Parent of a Junior Player on Pitchero

Follow these step-by-step instructions to register correctly:

Step 1: Join the Club Website

• Go to the club website or download the “Pitchero Club” App from either the “Apple App Store” or “Google Play Store“
• Click "Join" at the top right of the page.

• If you don’t have an account, register yourself first as a parent.
• (If you've already registered a child, don’t worry—you can link yourself to them later.)
• When registering, you must tick to accept the first two boxes.
• The last two boxes are optional.
• Click "Next" after selecting the boxes.

• Choose "Parent" as your role in the club.
• Click "Next step".

• If you have already registered your child, their name should appear—click on it.
• If your child is not listed, click "Click here if your child is not on the list".
• Select your child's team and click "Add".
• Add additional children if needed.
• When finished, click "Next step".

Step 5: Complete Your Membership Info

• Go to "Your Account".
• Complete all required fields (titles in red) – this is important for safeguarding, Respect, and club policies.
• (You are filling this in for yourself, not your child.)
• Click "SAVE" when finished.

• At this stage, your role as a parent will show as "Pending".
• A club web admin must verify you as the child’s parent before you can proceed.
• This usually happens quickly, but if there is a delay, send a message to the club to prompt verification.

Step 7: Confirm Your Parent Status

• Once verified, log back into "Your Account".
• Look for a message notification at the top of the page.
• Click "Messages".
• You should see a confirmation message: "Great News - you've been accepted as a parent of [child's name]".

Step 8: Complete Your Child’s Information

• Click "View Information".
• Fill out your child’s details—all fields in red must be completed.
• Click "SAVE" when finished.
